Sustainable Villas
The first project that the company undertook was called ‘Sustainable Villas’. Located in the sustainable city of Dubai, the project consisted of villas with an approximate total value of 35,000,000 Dirhams.
Jumairah One
The next development taken on by Star Neighbourhood was the Jumeirah One residential complex, also located in Dubai, in the Jumeirah District. A vacant plot, measuring more than 2,000 square meters – and valued at around 42,000,000 dirhams – was developed, becoming a commercial complex with several residential properties too. A highly profitable development, the project sold all of its residential and commercial units.
Jumairah Two
The Jumeirah Two residential complex was the next project that Star Neighbourhood undertook, built on plot of land similar in size to that of its predecessor. The Jumeirah Two project was developed on a plot that covered over 2,000 square meters, with a value of around 42,000,000 Dirhams. Following the success of the Jumeirah One complex, the second complex also included residential and commercial units, with a number of apartments and shops available to buy. The finished development sold well, as it was a successful project and a solid construction.
Neighbourhood City
Neighbourhood City, which consists of 60 blocks of towers built on a vacant lot, is an example of a successful mega project that has been completed. Constructed on a total area measuring 30,000 square metres, it has a total value of $583 Million Dollars.
An integrated residential city, the Neighbourhood City project includes residential units in various sizes, service buildings, urban spaces, and green areas. Both projects (including the second project, Neighbourhood Residence) consist of a total of 3,600 flats.
Neighbourhood Residence
Neighbourhood Residence is an integrated residential complex project. The Neighbourhood Residence project consists of three buildings, each with ten floors, covering a total area of 7,195 square metres, which will be turned into a luxurious 5-star spa hotel. The project has a total value of $12 Million Dollars.
